Phillip List has served as Chairman of the Board of 1st State Bank since its inception. Mr. List has over 40 years of financial services experience with Frankenmuth Bank & Trust, First of America Mid Michigan and National City Bank, all in the Great Lakes Bay Region. His experience includes personal and business banking, financial/investment management and overall bank administration/executive management. Mr. List is active in the Midland-based Blue Water Angel Investment Network. |

Rick Goedert serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board of 1st State Bank. Mr. Goedert was the President and Chief Executive Officer of 1st State Bank for 12 years. He has over 35 years of banking experience, with 25 years in the Saginaw, Bay City and Midland market. Mr. Goedert was in a senior management role responsible for lending with National City Bank and First of America Mid-Michigan for 20 years. He served as Senior Vice President and Manager of the Private Client Group for National City. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President of National City Mortgage. In 2015 Mr. Goedert was appointed to the Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve. Mr. Goedert has been a member of the Board of Directors of Saginaw Valley State University’s Foundation and the Stevens Center for Family Business. Mr. Goedert has also served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Bay Area Chamber of Commerce, and was inducted into the Bay Area Chamber of Commerce Business Hall of Fame in 2019. |

Jim Milroy serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of 1st State Bank. He was appointed to the 1st State Bank Board of Directors in 2018. Prior to joining 1st State Bank in 2007 as Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Milroy led Shoreline Bank in Benton Harbor, Michigan as President. After a merger with Chemical Bank in 2002, he transferred to their headquarters in Midland. Mr. Milroy has over 30 years of banking experience. His current involvements include: Chairman, Covenant Healthcare Board of Directors; Chairman, Junior Achievement of North Central Michigan Board of Directors; Board Member of the Great Lakes Bay Alliance; Vice President of the Saginaw Valley Lutheran Foundation, and Member of the Saginaw Community Foundation Investment Committee. |

Lynn Wolgast is a founding director of 1st State Bank. Mr. Wolgast is also Managing Partner of Wolgast Development, LLC and past Chairman and CEO of Wolgast Corporation. He was a founding member of the Stevens Center for Family Business, and in addition, served as Past Chairman of the Michigan State Chamber of Commerce and is a former director of First of America and National City Bank. |

Mitzi Dimitroff is a founding member of 1st State Bank. Ms. Dimitroff owns RDS Management, a business that develops and manages the day-to-day operations of properties. In addition, Ms. Dimitroff is a board member of Tri-Star Trust Bank and McLaren Bay Hospital. She is a founding member of the Great Lakes Bay Regional Alliance. She has been awarded the YWCA Princess Wenonah Award, the Girl Scouts’ Women of Distinction Award, and the Chamber of Commerce Athena Award. She was inducted into the Bay Area Chamber of Commerce Business Hall of Fame in 2006. |

Joseph R. Fabiano II joined 1st State Bank’s Board of Directors in 2004. Mr. Fabiano is president of Fabiano Brothers Inc., a fourth generation family-owned premier beverage distributor. Fabiano Brothers is one of the largest beer/wine distributorships in the Midwest. He was awarded the “Michigan Key Wholesaler Award” by his peers in the beverage business. In addition to his tenure at Fabiano Brothers Inc., he served as a public defender in Harper Woods, Michigan, and in private practice in Southfield, Michigan. Mr. Fabiano is a past chair for the Michigan Chamber of Commerce. |

Michael L. Hanisko was appointed to 1st State Bank’s Board of Directors in 2014. Mr. Hanisko is a partner at Weinlander Fitzhugh Certified Public Accountants & Advisors in Bay City, Michigan. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA); he is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Hanisko has been actively involved in numerous community organizations, serving on the boards of the Bay Area Chamber of Commerce, Bay Area Community Foundation, United Way of Bay County, Bay City Morning Rotary Club among others. |

Max Holman joined 1st State Bank’s Board of Directors in 2019. Mr. Holman is a co-owner of The Bay Cast Companies and President and General Manager of Bay Cast Incorporated. He is a current board member of the Bay Area Community Foundation, and Steel Founders Society of America. Mr. Holman has also served as board member for Bay Area Chamber of Commerce, Michigan Chamber of Commerce, Great Lakes Bay Economics Club, Junior Achievement of North Central Michigan, and the local board for the American Foundry Society. |

Timothy Hausbeck was appointed to the 1st State Bank Board of Directors in 2021. Mr. Hausbeck is President, Chief Executive Officer and co-owner of Hausbeck Pickles & Peppers. He currently serves on the boards of Covenant Healthcare and the Saginaw Country Club. He previously served on the board of Saginaw County Chamber of Commerce, and held the position of board chair in 2018. Mr. Hausbeck is a past recipient of the Chamber’s Dr. Samuel H.
