COVID-19 Virus Response
Banking Locations are Open! Just With A Few Adjustments.
The coronavirus (COVID-19) has led to big adjustments in our everyday lives, but one thing not changing is our commitment to serving you and your banking needs. We are dedicated to doing so in a manner that protects you, our staff and our community.
Update June 29, 2020
We are open to serve customers in the lobbies of our State Street, Madison Avenue and Midland offices, through our drive-thru lanes at all locations, and by telephone. As the health and well-being of our customers and employees is our first priority, we strongly encourage you to utilize banking services that provide a healthy alternative for you and our staff. In our lobbies social distancing measures have been put in place. Markings have been added to the floor to ensure proper distancing, sneeze guards have been added to each personal banker desk, and enhanced cleaning practices have been put in place. We ask that you wear a face mask for your safety and for the safety of our staff. 1st State Bank’s customers are able to request a copy of the Preparedness and Response Plan that the Bank has created, related to COVID-19. The Preparedness and Response Plan lists the safety protocols and infection prevention measures the Bank is taking. This live document can be requested from Lindsey Barsaleau, Human Resources Generalist, at 989.272.7506, or E-Mail
